How to book meeting rooms and the pantry area at SHA5 (19F & 22F, Park Place).
Large Meeting Rooms
✦Three large meeting rooms available: 19F-Shanghai, 19F-Amsterdam, and 22F-Asia.
✦Book far in advance. Coordinate with existing meeting owners where applicable.
✦Check availability: Open Google Calendar → click '+' under Other Calendars → Browse Resources → select SHA5 → tick the rooms you want → go back to calendar → click the time block to see the booking creator → coordinate directly with them.

Pantry Area
✦The pantry area is best for casual events and activities. AV equipment and microphones are available at the 19F Pantry.
